WHAT IS VINYASA FLOW YOGA? 
One way to look at it:
"Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa is litterally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection" according to Ellen Stansell, PhD, RYT, a scholar of yogic literature and Sanskrit. In terms of yoga asana, we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath."                                                     'Awakened Life School of Yoga and Personal Development'


WHAT TO EXPECT?
The classes are designed and sequenced for all levels. My goal is to bring yoga closer to everybody, so the benefits can help you find your inner strength and peace at the same time. Each class is a different experience, with the intent to teach you the basics of yoga, to develop a firm foundation, and to create some challenging moments, to take yoga to your next level. Increasing flexibility and better range of movement are only a few advantages that practicing yoga regularly will bring to your life.
