Class Description: These classes are tailored to the needs of the changing body of the pregnant woman, giving much attention to maintain good posture while the belly grows. Breathing techniques, relaxation and visualization are provided in order to give more confidence and security to the mother, thereby achieving better sleep, body awareness and strengthen the bond with the baby.
Asanas (postures) are practiced to strengthen legs, back and shoulders while working at opening of the hip, pelvis and chest, also managing to reduce the most common discomforts of pregnancy.
This is a space created to share mothers and babies, looking for a healthy pregnancy, calm and happy
Postnatal Mama & Baby Yoga Class

We will focus on breathing techniques, bringing fresh oxygenated blood to our bodies, opening the heart making space for ourselves and babe, exercises to release and open shoulders and muscles of the back, toning of the pelvic floor muscles, stretching but also closing of the hips, stretching hamstrings, a little baby yoga, play, singing and stretching part at the end, and of course plenty of relaxing, restoring the body, recovering from childbirth and to be recharged for your baby. With proper management of breath favor the balance mind / body / spirit and thus strengthen the peace to bond with your baby.
What STudents Can Expect:
The sequences include an opening invocation, breathing techniques, sun salutations, a strong standing sequence, back and core strengthening, backbends, seated poses and a short meditation followed Savasana.
Classes are all levels, please let me know if you are just starting with yoga.
Eni's classes focus on alignment, core strength, and fun. We will work on posture alignment while linking breath to movement flowing between asanas. There will be music. Open to both beginner and advanced yoga students.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Gentle yoga that gets you there faster……
A fun and invigorating sequence with the focus on linking movement and breath to create a gentle vinyasa flow. Increase flexibility and improve balance and posture while bringing calmness and clarity to the mind. Open to all levels from beginner to advanced, with a specially mixed soundtrack to keep the energy moving and the soul shining.
A slow moving powerful class dedicated to nourishing the heart, spirit and body. This class uses meditative movement linked with breath to help you move inward and let go of stress. The simple aim of the class is to create space for opening the heart and lengthening the spine using twists, standing poses, core work, creative and restorative forward folds and back bends, followed by a long savasana. All levels welcome.
