While waiting for the T-train on our way to the Burning Man decompression party...
Find your practice wherever you are!
Happy Friday and have a yogic and lovely day!

![]() In San Francisco both yoga classes and outdoor festivals are very popular, so I thought why not combine the two? ( I was not the only one btw, there is a big yoga festival on Treasure Island each year, but unfortunately I didn't make it there this year.) While waiting for the T-train on our way to the Burning Man decompression party... Find your practice wherever you are!I happened to decide that I would try some flying crow poses to challenge myself, feel good and kill some time on the platform. It turned out that it's actually not that easy on your wrist, since the asphalt is pretty firm, and not the best support for your foundation. Anyway, I gave it a try and got some curious looks, glancing over, but I guess people don't really think it's unusual, since San Francisco is such an eclectic and colorful city, that welcomes all kinds of people. Similarly, it just so happened that I felt like dancer pose in the middle of a party, while the crowd in front of me was dancing to rhythmic house beats. Simply put, I find it absolutely energizing and empowering to do yoga wherever I am, I take it with me throughout the day and try to embrace it regardless of the environment or situation I'm in ;)
Happy Friday and have a yogic and lovely day! Namaste, Eni
