This is a good chance to greet the longest solar day of the year, with 108 Sun Salutations!
This is summer's height, midsummer, the longest day and also the shortest night of the earth's equinoctial year. Solstice means that "standing of the sun" and that we will connect with this nice turning purpose within the earth's yearly cycle by taking a flash to prevent, be still and look back at our own distinctive journey since the winter solstice.
108 also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth: the typical distance of the Sun and therefore the Moon to Earth is 108 times their individual diameters. (Source: YogaJournal)
Obviously, you might think that it's a little too much for sun salutations, but you might be surprised how much energy you get from the people around you and the mantras, your body will "flow like a river" (to quote my teacher's favorite poem - read below)

May what I do flow from me like a river, no forcing and no holding back, the way it is with children." -- Rainer Maria Rilke
