FOURTH CHAKRA: Anahata Chakra (Heart, Upper Chest, Upper Back)
The fourth chakra, which is the is the air element, rests in the center of our body, the chakra that connects the lower 3 chakras with the world of spirit (upper 3 chakras) and it’s our first recognition that we can connect to people on a level that’s beyond physical. In Sanskrit, Anahata means “unstruck” or “unhurt” and this chakra is associated with the color green.
The most powerful way to energize is to love ourselves and others.
